The cargo is brought into a container yard and checked.
Step 3
Day2-3
Export application
For cargo that has gone through entry verification (per container), information is entered into a system called NACCS (Nippon Automated Cargo and Port Consolidated System) and an export application is filled.
Step 4
Day4
Export Customs Clearance
After the export declaration is filled, if there is no problem with the contents of the declaration, the export will be permitted. In the case of a customs inspection, a document inspection and an actual goods inspection will be carried out.
(If an inspection is conducted, it will take another day.)

Departure on the Ship
The container is loaded onto the ship, which departs for the destination.
Agency Business
The work of a Shipping Agent is to act as a bridge between ships and the land.
Our Agency Department handles a wide variety of tasks including the port arrival and departure procedures for all kinds of ocean-going and coastal vessels entering port, securing anchorage space on behalf of the captain, arranging for a pilot, towing, and the work of tying-up and casting off, submitting permit applications and notifications to various government agencies and related parties, and communicating and coordinating with shipping companies, cargo handling companies, and customers. We handle all these tasks promptly and reliably, and, moreover, hand them to the agency at the next port of call in Japan or overseas.
