Features

Building A is equipped to handle various temperature ranges with room temperature storage, refrigerated storage, fixed temperature storage, movable racks, etc. It is the largest distribution center in western Japan specializing in chemicals. Moreover, a rampway system allowing direct truck access to the second floor reduces truck stand-by time, improving work efficiency. Located adjacent to Shinnan’yo Public Quay and with seamless operation of port facilities and a land transportation base, it is possible to select a variety of transportation means, enabling integrated transportation to end users.

Features

The facility is located on the west side of Tosoh Logistic Corporation’s Nanyo Complex in the vicinity of Shunan Ohashi Bridge as our logistics base for the Shunan area of Yamaguchi Prefecture. It has the functions of ordinary warehouse, poisonous substances, and bonded storage, and large eaves that enable all-weather cargo sorting.

It plays a major role as a node between the land and sea at the adjacent Shinnan’yo Public Quay.

Good Location with Good Access

It is 5 km east of the Sanyo Expressway (Tokuyama West Interchange), 2 km west of the JR Sanyo Main Line (Shinnan-yo Station), and adjacent to Shinnan’yo Public Quay, providing excellent access to the Tokuyama Container Terminal, the Port Road, and the railway.

Features

Employing a new cooling system using environmentally friendly natural refrigerants, this frozen and refrigerated warehouse has one of the largest freezers in Japan.

The adjacent dangerous goods outdoor storage facility has the largest storage capacity in Yamaguchi Prefecture and has a vanning yard.
